MAROON TEAM BIOS
John Zimmerman. “The Spesh.” The man, the myth, the legend. Few know that he is a Non-trad senior in Production. John’s passions include caring for his four-year-old daughter and editing for broadcast. Known as the “Fantasy Guru” on KBGA’s Sports Talk he hopes to attend LAW SCHOOL in the future. John’s greatest fantasy is to combine his law and sports and be the legal analyst for ESPN.
Amanda Harris hails from the small town of Anaconda. After a year at Pacific Lutheran University, she decided to answer her calling as a broadcast journalist. She used to sing, she can’t dance, and she feels most at home in the kitchen. If news is her calling, cooking is her truest passion. She hopes to someday work for the Food Network and combine her TV background with her culinary skills. For now, she’s just happy to be back in Montana with graduation around the corner.
Wayne “The Train” Stell is a senior in Broadcast Journalism. When not working for UMNEWS or KPAX Wayne likes to hit up the Cube. Between living NASCAR and breathing the Griz, Wayne continues the search for his soul mate. The Wayneiac can be reached on facebook.
Miss Kerry Jane McKay is a senior in Broadcast Journalism. Kerry enjoys running around Europe, and working on her Spanish. Kerry spends her days surrounded by RTV crew and battling the ever-present enemy of fatigue. Kerry fights the good fight, day in and day out.
